This server is a non-profit community server voluntarily operated by players, provided solely for player interaction and entertainment, and has no affiliation with Bluehole Studio, Krafton, or any official TERA operatorNo affiliation, agency, or partnership. All in-game art, music, code, lore, and other assets are copyrighted by their original rights holders.
This server does not sell the game itself and makes no claim to any rights over the game content. If requested by the original copyright holder, this server will cooperate in discontinuing the related services.
2. Accounts and Eligibility
- You must provide reachable contact information to create an account, and you are responsible for keeping your account password secure.
- Accounts are for personal use only and may not be sold, rented, transferred, or shared with others.
- Any losses caused by leaked account passwords, account sharing, or the use of third-party cheats are the responsibility of the account holder.
- Users under the age of 18 should use this service with the consent of a legal guardian.
3. Player Code of Conduct
When using this service, you agree not to engage in the following actions:
- Using cheats, modifying client packets, exploiting game vulnerabilities for improper gain, or distributing such tools or methods.
- Attacking, intruding into, or interfering with the normal operation of the server, website, or community services in any way.
- Posting or transmitting illegal, hateful, discriminatory, harassing, sexual, fraudulent, malicious advertising, or similar content.
- Impersonating the management team or other players, or spreading false information that disrupts community order.
- Engaging in real-money trading (RMT) of in-game assets, or recruiting others for such activities.
Players who violate the rules above may, depending on the severity, receive a warning, temporary suspension, permanent suspension, or have related data removed by the management team. No time spent or sponsorship amount will be refunded.
4. Donations and Virtual Items
- Donations help cover operating costs such as servers and bandwidth,This is not a purchase of goods or services。
- Any virtual items, currency, or character data obtained in-game have no real-world monetary value and may not be exchanged for cash.
- Unless otherwise required by law, sponsorships are non-refundable once completed.
5. Service Availability and Data Retention
This server is maintained by community volunteers and may suspend or terminate service due to maintenance, upgrades, hardware failures, network issues, force majeure, or other factors. Permanent data retention is not guaranteed. The management team will make reasonable efforts to announce such matters in advance through the official community, but is not liable for compensation for any losses caused by service interruptions or data loss.
