What do I need to create an account?

Enter a valid email address, an account name and a secure password, agree to the server rules, and submit.

How soon can I log in after registering?

Your account is created as soon as you submit. Once the form is done you can log straight into the launcher and start updating.

I did not receive the confirmation email

Check your spam folder first and make sure the address can receive mail. If it still has not arrived, send us your account details through the contact page or Discord.

I forgot my password or account name

Choose password reset in the launcher and enter your registered email address. If that does not work, contact support with information that identifies you as the owner.

Can I have multiple accounts, or share a PC with family?

You can create several accounts on the same device, but please play fair and avoid automation. If you share a device, we recommend using separate login details.

Apply for an Account Online

After completing account registration, the system will immediately create your login details and return the result. Follow the on-page instructions to enter your account name, email address, and password. Once the information is correct, your adventure can begin.

Before you register, please confirm

Account names must be 4-13 alphanumeric characters. Passwords should be at least 8 characters and include a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, or symbols.
Please enter an email address you can receive mail at, so you can recover your password or receive event notices in the future.

How It Works

After submitting the form, the system will respond immediately. If successful, a completion message will be displayed.
If the account is duplicated or the format is invalid, the system will display the corresponding error message.
After your registration is successful, you can go to the download page to install the launcher and log in to the game.
